Dan Gerdeman is one of eight children. He was raised in North Baltimore, Ohio. Pop. 3000.  His Dad managed a grain elevator and his Mom was the mother that every kid in the neighborhood wished was theirs. 

He is an award-winning artist and art educator. He teaches at Hilliard Davidson High School. 

His major influences are Fontaine Fox, 1970's Marvel Comics, Stephen King, and his Mom and Dad.

His favorite things besides his family are: Pizza, Spike Lee Movies, Fishing, Original Cutting edge art and music, Fellini, AM Gold music from the 1970s, and post punk/new wave from the 80's.

Dan is the founder of the Cowtown Lowbrow Art Collective and a member of the Ohio Art League.
